Når brukte jeg det kontoret for å oversette dokumenter flere år siden det var mye hyggeligere folk som jobbet der.
Nå det er veldig ukomfortabel atmosfære der og dama som jobber der neste å tvunget kundene gjøre som de trenger ikke å gjøre.
Selvfølgelig tar extra betaling for ingen ting .
Avbryter kundene og hører ikke hva vil de si.
Håper at trenger ikke å komme her i framtiden.

I do not recommend their services. I needed a stamped copy of my passport. I've asked multiple times if their stamp was valid and they kept repeating that it was the same as going to Oslo Politidistrikt. I ended up getting a process with Tax Office rejected due to a lie I had been told!

Google says they’re open, but nobody’s there. No sign that they’re away, just a locked door. I guess they don’t need customers? If you need something urgently printed, don’t count on them.

Prices here are absolutely ridiculous. 50kr for one simple copy with a signature that they know is not the one we people from abroad need. This certified copy you can get it for free from Oslo Politidistrikt or any other Norwegian public authority. Don't waste your money in this place!! Look for better options even for government authorized translation.

The workers here are very rude and unpleasant. They don't know how to treat the customers at all. I've asked regarding the printing of 1 A4 side, they wanted to charge me 60 NOK. I left to Gjensidige a couple of meters away, and I got this paper printed for free. The people working here don't own any kind of human respect to the other human beings. I'm just sad that it is not possible to give them minus stars, because they even don't deserve the one I have to give by default.
My advice to other people is very clear: STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"!

I needed these services just one time. But it was no good at all. The man who is working can not speak in English properly (come on! You are working in a translation company!!!).
They give you a budget in a normal paper. Actually , they just estimated the price. No rules. Expensive, of course.

Then. You have to sign kind of contract (in Norwegian!!! Come on!!!!).

Finally.. they said to me two days for my work, and I took 5.

I used this service a couple of times and it was very good. Their service is fast, their prices are OK, and my documents were accurately translated. I recommend this place for people who need to translate any document, I am pretty sure that Sato translate documents in all languages.
