Omtrent ikke plass å stå i kø. Samt at porto priser varierer etter hvilken ansatt som står i kassen, og det for pakker som er like i vekt og størrelse hver gang. Ikke plass til basis ting som å skrive på en konvolutt etc, for da er det så trangt at folk bokstavelig puster en i nakken...

1. Parcels arrive at the post office and the post office does not notify you about this. Several of my parcels were sent back because I did not receive any information about their arrival. If the package is in Extra, why don’t I see it either in the Posten application or in SMS?

2. Many of my packages were not delivered to my home because they did not find my mailbox (this consistently happens once every month and a half). The postman calls and says he/she can't see my mailbox. The parcel is returned to Extra. Why did I pay for home delivery if I need to go to the store the next day?

3. Prices for sending parcels depend on the person at the checkout.

4. There is very little space at the checkout.

This post office gives me a lot of negative emotions. I insist on changes in the work of this post office. Start with 100% registration of parcels and notification of this.

Very poor customer service! Mail does not reach our home. Bills dissapear and then once we finally get the bill, it comes with extra fees, for not paying on time. Post sends to me information telling that package has arrived, but once I come to post office they say that I already picked it up. Which I didn't, now I have to go there again. That has repeated multiple times over a period of one and a half month.
