Ingen service. Kald mat etter en time, og da kom halve bestillingen , til 2 av 4.
Ingen service og bare late og sure kelnere.
Dette er tredje gangen jeg spiser her. Like elendig hver gang.
Kelnere ber meg om selv å gå på kjøkkenet!!!

July 22 morning 5:40am, tried scanning the QR code on the tables for providing feedback but no luck, restaurant was not on the list. Had an absurdly rude encounter with the taller of the two workers at the cash register, was getting yelled at in Norwegian followed by commanded in English - “order, speak louder, pay here”without any politeness. She also put the order immediately in to go containers and handed to me even though she asked if it’s for here or to go and I said for here. Went on very smiley to customers after me. Then later came by to clean the table next to me and again spoke rudely in Norwegian then English just asking whether someone is sitting there which had nothing to do with me, seeming frustrated and did some hand gesture signaling never mind you don’t understand human language. Nonstop micro aggressions which made it an extremely unpleasant morning in Stavanger airport. Food was mediocre, egg bacon brioche sandwich was oily, and coffee had a lot of grounds in it.

On 06/09 at about 6:30 am I had a bad experience. When I asked for hot water to make milk for my child before the flight. (which I have done more than once, both in your restaurant and in others). The Polish girl refused me this while drinking a drink while talking to me as a customer. I myself am an employee of the restaurant industry and this incident really outraged me.

Food is edible but ridiculously overpriced. The mark-up on the drinks is crazy. And the service is awful - a member of staff literally snatched away my plate as soon as I had eaten the last bite, I barely had time to put down my fork. But they have a captive audience, so no reason to bother improving 🙄

Very bad service. They never clean the tables, just take the empty plates and glasses. And the prices are ridiculously high.
