We had a wonderful time at Fjord Farm in Flåm! The animals were an absolute highlight and well cared for. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the farm you get a stunning view over the fjord, which makes the visit even more special. The coffee was absolutely delicious! We would come back again and can recommend this place to everyone looking for a memorable stop in Flåm.

Really beautiful environment, with an awesome view of the fjord and cute animals all around. We really enjoyed the pink cider and the tasting plate. If I had to mention something negative, from my perspective the portion size of the tasting platter was a bit small — although the quality of the cheeses and meat was excellent.

If you’re visiting Flåm, Fjord Farm is an absolute must for an authentic farm-to-table experience. Just a short walk uphill from the Fretheim Hotel, this charming spot offers breathtaking views of the fjord and an unforgettable meal.

The food was outstanding—highlighted by the rich and hearty lamb stew, incredibly tender reindeer, a variety of flavorful local cheeses, and the best carrot cake we’ve ever had. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and showcased the flavors of the region.

Sally, our host, was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the experience feel both personal and memorable. Her hospitality added so much to the evening.

Whether you’re a foodie or just looking to immerse yourself in local culture, Fjord Farm is not to be missed.

Outstanding. We've done the Skylift and mini fjord cruise. Not only was the Farm food tasting experience by far the cheapest, it is also the one we enjoyed the most. Our host Alex was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We had a little tour of the farm, history of the area and then the food itself.
I was sceptical that the food would be really weird (pickled smelly things), but shouldn't of worried. Local cheese and meats, fish - all were very tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommend doing this. Kids and adults will love the farm: mini pigs, goats, cows, sheep.

What an absolutely fabulous little find! We booked the taster meal (go hungry) and wow! What a fantastic experience, tasting the 3 course meal, all locally sourced and presented to us by Dana with such passion and knowledge. We would highly recommend this very traditional Norwegian experience.

This was lovely place to spend an hour and the absolute highlight were the 5 week old mini pigs. So adorable. They have a beautiful kitchen garden, cafe, hens and goats as well as the mini pigs. There is also a swing overlooking the fjord which makes for a great photo. The staff were friendly and they also do food tours and evening music concerts which I didn’t have time to do but would definitely go back for.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit auf diesem kleinen, idyllischen Bauernhof!

Besonders begeistert waren wir von den Tieren – allen voran die Mini-Schweine, die uns sofort das Herz gestohlen haben. Es war ein echtes Highlight, dass wir die Tiere nicht nur beobachten, sondern sogar auf Nachfrage streicheln durften.

Das regionale Essen war ein Genuss – frisch und liebevoll mit regionalen Produkten zubereitet.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Fjord, die man auch von einer tollen Schaukel genießen kann – so etwas hat man nicht alle Tage!

Die Ruhe, die Natur und dieser Ausblick bleiben uns sicher noch lange in Erinnerung. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und fürsorglich! Dicke Empfehlung in dem sonst überfüllten Ort!

We were fortunate to have LUCIA as our guide for both the Fjord Kayak and E-Bike tour this weekend. She, the tours, God’s makings were unbelievably spectacular. My wife’s favourite day this trip.
