Rent a Car Lofoten was absolutely fantastic! The vehicle we received was spotless, well-maintained, and although a bit older, it was incredibly reliable and perfect for exploring the islands. What really stood out was the excellent customer service.

Widerøe Airlines lost our infant car seat, and Rent a Car Lofoten stepped up immediately. Within minutes, they provided car seat with no hassle at all. Their responsiveness and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.

Highly recommend them if you’re traveling in Lofoten dependable cars, friendly staff, and truly outstanding service!

Véhicule très dangereux, pneus lisses, pas d’abs, pas d’airbag, vibrations dans le volant, pas d’antipatinage, voyant entretien d’huile. Très rassurant pour rouler une semaine sous la pluie. Nous avons évidemment envoyé plusieurs messages demandant un changement de véhicule, malheureusement nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse.

Vi var 7 jenter på tur og var alle sammen kjempe fornøyde med servicen vi fikk. Vi lånte en 8-seters bil i 4 dager. Bilen var i perfekt tilstand, ren og flott å kjøre med! Var også veldig greit å kunne levere bilen på flyplassen i Narvik/Harstad, før vi skulle fly hjemover så vi slapp å ta buss tilbake.

Ottimo servizio. Abbiamo noleggiato una Toyota RAV4. L’auto era pulita e perfetta alla consegna, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. La consegna del veicolo è stata veloce. Il responsabile alla nostra richiesta di estendere la riconsegna di due ore si è mostrato disponibile senza ulteriori costi. Davvero nel complesso un’ottima agenzia!

we recently rented a Fiat 500c for two days to explore the Lofoten Islands - just a perfect car for the job. great company to work with and use - we had a slight problem with an early flight out of Svolvaer and they went above and beyond to help us. if i come back which i hope i will i wouldn’t hesitate using them again. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company for car hire

Untrustworthy. They made several charges to our credit card without permission and against what we agreed. They said they would refund but it never happened and as soon as we left the islands they stopped responding to messages.

Further the car had a warning light on the whole time and they did not respond to questions about this.
